Ace The Race, LLC was founded by Lisa-Michelle Kucharz in 2007 to help individuals achieve maximum success through effective, results-driven career coaching and informative workshops.

Today, Ace The Race offers a wide variety of services and educational opportunities to assist individuals in moving forward, accomplishing remarkable goals, and making their dreams come true.

Never before has it been so important to live a well-balanced life, so Ace The Race provides guidance and resources to achieve the unthinkable — career success, time for one’s family and hobbies, stress reduction, and so much more.

Ace The Race believes in the importance of access to services for people with disabilities and seeks inclusive venues for workshops and speaking engagements.

Coaches should be at the forefront of responsible actions. Ace The Race strives to reduce its carbon footprint, uses electronic media when possible, encourages recycling, and promotes environmentally sound practices.

The 40 Factor

Lisa-Michelle launched Countdown to 40 in July 2009 to share her experiences and insights about approaching 40 — and embracing all that life had to offer after the big day. As the countdown neared its end, she was overwhelmed with encouragement to continue sharing her life's journey and a forum to discuss important issues from all areas of life that concern those who have reached this meaningful milestone. So, as Countdown to 40 went out with a bang, The 40 Factor was born.
