Giving back is the right thing to do.
There are many ways each one of
us can volunteer our time and provide services to the community. Ace The Race offers pro bono workshops, seminars, and
coaching services to those in need through nonprofit organizations, human-service agencies, and community centers.
Lisa-Michelle Kucharz is a volunteer career coach. She facilitates workshops
and one-on-one sessions for unemployed people on Long Island at a local community center.
Committed to honoring the men and
women of the United States Armed Forces, Lisa-Michelle was also a volunteer life coach for The Empowerment Society of the United States of America
(ESUSA), providing free life coaching
services and career strategy workshops to retired military personnel.
On March 26, 2009, Lisa-Michelle
was invited to a military job fair at the United States Military Academy at West Point to discuss the individual life coaching
program, which is recognized by the Department of Defense Army Career and Alumni Program as a featured Transition Assistance
Program and is dedicated to assisting women returning from overseas active duty with a variety of issues and concerns, including
the transition back to civilian life.
Ace The Race is a proud supporter or Operation:Cookie, a special initiative organized by the Girl Scouts of Suffolk County that sends Girl Scout Cookies to U.S. troops overseas
and in military hospitals.
