The 40 Factor
Lisa-Michelle launched Countdown to 40 in
July 2009 to share her experiences and insights about approaching 40 — and embracing all that life had to offer
after the big day. As the countdown neared its end, she was overwhelmed with encouragement to continue sharing her life's
journey and a forum to discuss important issues from all areas of life that concern those who have reached this meaningful
milestone. That's when The 40 Factor was born.
